Every year in autumn our culinary art is dedicated to the first courses "Bollito Misto", which consists of excellent dishes of boiled meats accompanied by sauces and our wine tasting. This year for the Bollito Misto we will meet you in October 2025.
The tasting includes six wines plus two to be paired with the usual dish prepared by the kitchen of the La Pigna Restaurant.
The price of participation is 70 euros.

Through wine tasting we test sensitivity and what emotional memory has continued to preserve since our birth. The purpose of the meeting is to share the exploration of what we define as beauty. Both for how we learned it as soon as we began to discover the world around us, and for how the concept of aesthetics of taste is transformed as the awareness of subjectivity becomes more alive, active, alert and at the same time capable of losing and finding itself. Wine as an art form, dynamic because it is constantly changing, has had an extraordinary task for millennia, to make us feel unique and, without interruption, to encourage the impetus towards others, in a conviviality that, even with the table at its center, starts precisely from the feeling, from the desire for contact and, in memory, never loses sight of its path.
